Kiyanna Elliott How much is too much exercise when you're pregnant?

Ellison, a 35-year-old former bodybuilder from California has received both positive and negative comments on a photo she posted on Facebook. Doctors encourage women exercising during pregnancy and can benefit from it. In general, doctors recommend 30 minutes of moderate physical activity most days of the week, and what "moderate" means changes from person to person. Women who have never exercised before should be careful and begin slowly  then progress. Pregnant women should avoid activities with a high risk of falling. The bigger concern is intensity. Lifting over 15 pounds could put both the mom and baby at risk. When lifting weights your blood pulls away from your organs and goes to your muscles. This can prevent oxygen from getting to the baby.Weightlifting can also put the mom at risk of premature labor.

I think women who are pregnant should work out like the passage states, but at the same time don't put you and your baby at risk just because you want to be in shape. Pregnant women should find a light work so they won't stress their body out. It's not just one person at risk, its two.
