Huge chain-reaction crash in UK involves at least 100 vehicles
Summary :
At least 100 vehicles barged into eachother in a huge pile up Thursday afternoon in the southern England county known as Kent. Eight people were seriously hurt leaving dozens with minor injuries. The crash took place on a multi lane bridge and was caused from thick fog. About 200 people received medical care for minor injuries. On lookers from the scene were horrified of the horrific accident. Although it was unusually hot for a September afternoon making it more difficult for people to get off the bridge, crew members responded to the scene immidiatley and everyone was taken care of.
Analysis:
In my opinion cars shouldn't be driven on high bridges while they're is thick fog in the air. It is easy for there to be horrible accidents while drivers have a hard time seeing, especially on a bridge. Not only is it very dangerous for drivers but also for other people on the rode. It is a huge safety hazard that I feel should be payed attention to alot more.
