Ex-U.S. security team leader in Libya: 'We needed more, not less' security staff

The former head of a Special Forces team that was just removed from Libya this past August now says his team had asked for more security personnel in Libya, not less before they were removed.  It is reported that 34 people were removed from U.S. security forces before the terrorist attack in Benghazi that killed Americans.  Reports stated the country was unstable and officials were working on getting more security, but security forces were removed.

This shows how unpredictable terrorists acts can be.  It is almost impossible to predict without constant supervision and security.  Hopefully, our military and officials in Libya can get the protection they need or leave the unsafe areas.

  1. Don't forget to put your name in the title! This is like not putting your name on a paper.
