Hugo Chavez is the new vice president in Venezuela after fighting against cancer. People were worried to put this heavy and at times stressful job laid on him because if things were to worsen and later end up as death then there would need to be someone to take over. After a year of surgeries and treatments he was tested to be cancer-free. He is very happy to be blessed after a year of struggles with a life threatening situation. His 6 six term begins in January! He's thrilled, andmany people are looking forward to the plans he has for Venezuela. I find this important because canceris very serious and many people would want to take a break or be peaceful for a while with stress taken off from a test that claims he's cancer free! But, instead he's fixing to start a term of being a Vice President! How cool and brave!!

It's good to hear that even when he had cancer he still had goals, and didn't let his illness discourage him.
ReplyDeleteIt is amazing to hear how Chavez persevered although he had so many things fighting against him. He is very blessed to be able to represent his country. This article teaches people that you can do anything you want, no matter how many obstacles you may have to face. I hope Venezuela is happy with their new representative.
