Arctic ice melt speeding up Natalie Rodriguez

two decades of satellite readings have proven the rate of the melting arctic ice. scientist say the increase of global warming in the past couple of years have played a huge role in the melting. the loss of billions of tons of ice every year have added over 45 millimeters in the past 5 years. based on these incresing rates, the rate of the sinking land has raised up to 20%.

i find this repot personally frightening because i couldnt imagine scientist telling me the land i was living on was sinking so quickly. i hope we can get our global warming under control before real damage is made.

  1. This is a scary thought. Global warming is certainly a major problem in this world. I think Texas is feeling it too - it is so much warmer than it usually is right now.

  2. The world has had MANY a temperature fluxes in the past just because we're having one now doesn't mean it's global warming or the world's gonna end!!
