37 Peaple died in a bus crash last Thursday in Kenya. It reportedly happend in the morning and 32 others sufferd from multiple injuries. Aperently 13,000 Peaple die every year from road accidents part of the reason why is because in Kenya, there are no helmet requirements for motercyclests, no blood alcohols limit, and there are no restraints for children or drivers.  On top of all of this there is usually lots of speeding which increases the death rate even more.

In my opinion I believe that they should really start In forcing all these rules that they should have, set in place but they don't and probably won't until the death rates really start to go up even more then they already are. I think that the Peaple should see for themselfs and just wear the helmet if they see what happening when they don't wear one.http://www.cnn.com/2013/08/29/world/africa/kenya-bus-cr/index.html?hpt=wo_bn7

  1. Yes I believe they should inforce the the law because if there is so much accidents going on there should be something for it.

  3. I believe that they should enforce those rules but even if they dont, people should still consider wearing a helmet etc.

  4. It needs to be enforced! Most defiantly to prohibit driving while intoxicated.

  5. I'm glad to see we have all these rules here. Kenya needs to start coming up with some laws to help prevent this from happening over again.

  6. I agree, Kenya really needs to enforce many laws for driving to help with the crashes and deaths.
