On friday the egyptian police took fifty year old Hamda Saber and stripped and beated him in the streets. After this occurance, U.S. officials strongly urged the egyptian government to investigate any police wrongdoings. Mohammed al-Guindi, another activist, was also beaten by the police, but they ended up killing him. This has created more unrest that started on Januaury 24, the day before the second aniversary of the revolution in 2011. This article was written by the BBC staff and was published on feb. 4.

That's extremely sad that people had to die. I really don't think it was necessary to go to that extent.
