Car blast kills 1, injures 5 in Mogadishu - Jack VanGorden

A total of five people were injured (and one killed) when a car packed with explosives was detonated last Saturday. The explosion occurred at a seaside restaurant parking lot. Officials have not yet been able to identify the individual or group that caused this incident. Many firefighters were called to the scene and were successful in putting out the fire, but there was still a lot of damage done. It seems that there has been a lot of tragedies similar to this one going on in Africa. I hope that the continent as a whole figures out a way to deal with all of this violent behavior.
