A 17 year old girl gets brutally raped JOSELOPEZ 4th prd

In South Africa a 17 year old girl gets brutally raped, mutilated which resulted to a death. This shocking rape occurred this February 1, two hours outside of Cape Town. As an effect president Jacob Zuma has called for harsher penalties for the perpetrators. About 70% of South African women report being victims of  sexual abuse.     I totally agree. I think any part of sexual harassment is disgusting and wrong, and even more so if it leads to death

    I hope that the sexual harassment rate in Africa will go down over the next couple of years.

    That is horrible that more than half the women in South Africa has been raped. I would hate having to live in fear like that.
