Fire kills at workshop for disabled in Germany- Joseph Katinas

In southwest Germany fire raged through a workshop for disabled people on Monday, which resulted in 14 people dead. The killed were identified as workers and a counselor at the Caritas workshop in Titisee-Neustadt, the town the incident occurred in.
