South Africa police arrest alleged Congo rebels
Recently in Limpopo, South Africa the police arrested 19 civilians suspected of being members of Congolese rebel group. The rebell group was accused of planning to overthrow the eastern Democratic Republic of Congo. This rebel group which mostly consists of angry Congolese soldiers, is known as M23 and the year before they attacked the capital of North Kivu Province. The group has been accused under the Foreign Military Assistance Act which states that armed groups planning to overthrow the government will be arrested at once. Wether they are considered terrorists or not is still to be decided.

I say it's always better to be safe, rather than sorry. I'm glad they were caught.
