Deadly Flood Waters in Mozambique By:Zaria Chambers

Heavy rainfall has sent many rivers over the edge in Mozambique damaging homes and killing over 30 people. Many of the areas affected by the rain are without food and water. Many of the survivors are trying to travel through the high waters while the other have found some safety on their rooftops. Over 15 million dollars will be needed to restore this area.

I think that is so sad that these peoples homes have been completely destroyed by the flooding. I hope the people who are still surrounded by the water are rescued. Hopefully many relief programs can get these people the help they need.

  4. Considering where it is, I don't know if this will be a "fast" cleanup.
