Argentina Changes Legal Voting Age to 16 - Lysette Barrera

Young Argetinians 16 and up can now participate in voluntary voting. The Chamber of Deputies Argentina approved the law last Wednesday night with  131 votes in favor,  2 against, and one abstention.
