A top Bolivian official has warnings for those who criticize president Evo Morales on social networks: he's watching what the say, and taking notes. He said he always goes on line and writing down first and last names of people who insult him on social networks. The vice president said he has drawn some free speech advocates. law makers from Morales's say the hope to push a proposed law regulating social media through the country's congress.
