Life in the rubble of Kobani by M'Lynn Musgrove

In the city of Kobani, they have given up on hospitals. Only a few doctors remain to treat the people who are lightly wounded but all others are left to die. The city is a war scene at this point. There are civilians here who refuse to flee or cannot because of Turkey building limitations for them. These people have no shelter but one room in their house when explosions start.

I think as Americans, we need to be more aware of this. I understand that we don't want to get involved in conflict with other countries but living like that is crazy.

  1. It's painful to hear about something so devastating among these poor innocent people. Unfortunately, Americans are not aware of such common catastrophes like these.
