Cancer Is Now Number One Killer of Hispanics by Lashaun Morgan

Summary: Hispanics number one killer is now cancer. It used to be heart disease like the rest of the cultures, but it has changed. Doctors believe it is because the high drinking and smoking rates in the Hispanic culture. They believe by cutting down on alcohol, tobacco, and obesity rates can help reduce the cancer. Also by letting more screenings and vaccination should be offered  to everybody.

Although the death rate has been declining since 2000, cancer is now the leading cause of death for U.S. Hispanics.
