Mike Huckabee accused the President and First Lady Michelle Obama of bad parenting by letting his daughters listen to the music of Beyoncé. He stated that the President and First Lady shields the two girls from somethings but lets them listen to the R&B singer. Huckabee stated "I don't understand how on one had they can be such doting parents and careful about the intake of everything............. and yet they don't see anything that might not be suitable in Beyoncé's lyrics." Obama replied "Beyoncé could not be a better role model for my girls." Huckabee also wrote a couple of books claiming he hates Washington and a few more populated places. He is thinking about running for President in 2016. Knowing the background that he has (being a pastor) he has a good enough chance to win.
I believe Huckabee shouldn't run for President, not because of his views on Obama's parenting but because of his views on Americas issues. To me him criticizing Obama is showing how immature he is. He cannot dictate how he raises his girls and sticking into other peoples business is a huge no!

Sadly, that's "politics". Empty rhetoric like this is just to make the opponent appear immoral, and the media intensifies it. Politicians should be focused on promoting their views on politics, rather than trashing the other's.
ReplyDeleteok 1st point, who is he to judge somebody elses opinion on something that they have been doing for a while.. not every parent raises their kids the same 2nd point what does this have to do with politics? I may not know much about it but im pretty sure a politician should focus more on politics rather than how the president of the united states as we speak runs his household
