Obama's immigration act. Sharon Cordon 4th period

Obama had a plan to protect almost five million illegal immigrants from deportation however US courts have decided to rethink this. 26 states reacted to this, they launched a legal challenge against the executive action, they said that by putting this on pause it was unconstitutional. And since then it seems that things have become worst the court has denied the government request to overturn it. as for the press the white house made it seem like a small problem that can be fixed in no time the said it was just a broken immigration system. however president obama decided to take action and he helped out with law enforcement, health care and education for the immigrants who came into the US. the president acted with the power himself has and not with the power the government had authorized him. however the justice department backfired and had a discussion that immigration policy is for the federal government to determine, not anyone else.
i believe obama is trying to help immigrants out he is trying to fix "the broken immigration system" he is giving education and health care. they should let obama take care of it after all he is the president and he is just trying to give everyone a less problem.
