Heavy rain has been a huge problem is southern America the last few weeks/ days. Some areas saw up to 10 inches of rain over a 24 hour period. Heavier rain was predicted in other areas. In Texas 12 people were reported missing along the Branco river. Speaking of which the Branco river was one of the worst hit areas. If you click the link you can see the damage.
Being that I am from Texas rain is not acceptable here. Not only is it not accepted it's also very rare that taxes alone will receive heavy amounts of rain continuously for over a week long period. I hope that the rain will let up by the time school lets out some days are better than others but if the rain does not let up by the time school is out I think that children will be very upset that the first week or however long summer is ruined by rain. Not only will children be upset, families that's have plans will most likely have to cancel. Planes will be stopped from coming and going and road trips from happening and whatever else if the rain gets worse.
