Just recently a 3year old panda from the National zoo in Washington D.C. Has boarded a flight back home. Bao Bao the panda had been living at the national zoo for a while now, but now she is flying back home to China to join their breeding program in hopes she will have her own cubs! I think this is great as it will hopefully increase the panda bear's number and help to make them less vulnerable to extinction.
