60s Rocker's Death: Reagan Leslie

While we are still getting over the deaths of Robin Williams and Joan Rivers, we have yet lost another celebrity. Paul Revere, lead singer of the band Paul Revere and the Raiders, died in his house in Idaho. He was 76 years old. Here's a bit of background information of Paul: he was born in Nebraska, and he started playing in bands in Idaho and Oregon, and while he was just getting discovered, his band played 1960 and 1970 hits like "Kicks," "Hungry," and "Indian Reservation." Although I wasn't born at this time, or I have never heard of this band, from reading this article, I could tell that he meant a lot to people who listened to the band and were actually fans of them.

  2. I've never heard of this man. Was he rather popular? Either way, it is a sad situation.
