A category three strom was off the coast of Mexico by Baja California called Hurricane Paul. Its wind reached up to 120 miles per hour and struck around 8pm. Paul is expected to keep moving throughout latin america. State civil protection authorities are monitoring the storm and are planning ways to help thorughout the storm.
