peace deal signed in Congo- Amanda Cervantes

On Sunday African leaders signed a deal meant to bring stability to the country of The Democratic Republic of Congo. The agreement asks of nations to cooperate to "preserve and protect the territorial sovereignty". It was made because of constant fighting beetween the M23 rebel group and the army. The M23 group had been called to sign an agreement numerous of times before but always broke out of it. The deal was signed in Addis Ababa the capitol of Ethiopia.
