Tunisian Prime Minister Steps Down by Sylvie Lednicky

The prime minister of Tunisia, Hamadi Jebali, resigned on Tuesday. This country is full of fighting over politics, and its government is pretty much in turmoil as it stands now. He stepped down after he failed to implement a technocratic government (a government in which the technologically advanced make all the important decisions). Personally, it annoys me when important leaders stay while they are loved and leave when they are needed. Why didn't he stay with his country and try another plan? Isn't that the purpose of a leader? All of these people can't possibly focuse on the same goal by themselves, they need someone. And apparently that "someone" isn't going to be Hamadi Jebali.
