ISIS strikes japanese journalist by: Emma Wall

http://www.cnn.com/2015/02/02/middleeast/isis-hostage/index.html

The article above discusses the issue between Japan and ISIS.  ISIS has recently beheaded a japanese journalist.  The reporter stated that Japan is mourning over this loss and that the country of Jordan awaits to hear news of their pilot who is being held captive.  The article also goes into details about a video that was posted of the beheading and of the torture that they have put the journalist through.

I have continued to read articles about ISIS to see if people are trying to put an end to this terrorism, but unfortunately it doesn't appear to be any better.  I do not understand why things like this continue to occur.  I feel like ISIS has everyone wrapped around their fingers.  It is so disappointing to see by-standers just watch this happen. What happened to people standing up for what they believe in?
