The machine is called Bertha after seattles first woman mayor Bertha knight landes because the machine is in Seattle but anyways the machine has dug a 1,700 foot long tunnel 1000 feet below the city and has malfunctioned because of overheating from the engine but it will be stuck down there for a while until they fix it and they are spending 2 billion dollars on a plan to get it fired up and running agian.
I think it'll all be worth it because after Bertha gets fired up agian they can actually finish the highway they or making under neath there and it'll be pretty awesome!
