Boston bombing suspect could be charged the death penalty-Noe Perales

About two hours earlier, hundreds of people gathered down the street for a moment of silence to honor the three people killed and more than 170 wounded when a pair of bombs went off about a block apart.  and in a hospital less than 2 miles away, the man accused of unleashing that terror faced federal charges that could bring a possible death sentence.. Dzhokhar Tsarneav has been charged with using and conspiring to use a weapon of mass destruction resulting in death and one count of malicious destruction of property by means of an explosive device resulting in death, the justice department announced Monday, the 19 year old made his initial appearance before the judge in his hospital room at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital and a public defender was assigned to represent him despite being seriously wounded, heavily sedated and on a ventilator. Tsarneav is answering brief questions from his hospital bed by nodding his head, a source with first-hand knowledge of the investigation told CNN Monday. Authorities are asking the 19 year old if there are more bombs, explosives caches or weapons, and if anyone else was involved, the source said. Investigators are going into Tsarneav's room every few hours to ask questions in the presence of the doctors, the source said  It wasn't immediately clear what he may be communication. A probable cause hearing has been scheduled for May 30 in U.S. District Court

  1. I didn't think death will solve this problem. He needs to be kept alive

  2. He should be kept alive so that desired questions can be asked. There are many things we still don't know about the event.

  3. Gosh they guy was only nineteen years old? He is barley an adult! They are really teaching people at a young age how to handle serious bombs like that over there. That is really scary!
