Less than 6 weeks have passed since Hugo Chavez died and citizens of Venezuela are voting for a new president today . Over 18.9 million residents are eligible for voting. Thousands of people voted . The elections would come to a close at 6:00 pm.

It's amazing to see how many countries have adopted forms of democracy into their government.
