A group of Hispanic soldiers were accused of homicide and having had tolerated murder. They were apparently in some sort of gang and the deaths were among members of the gang. More were arrested than who had actually been participant. They have been sent to prison and their trail/case is still being debated about.
I think that the fact these people were in a gang made them look a little bit more guilty than they actually were. In the article, it says that more were arrested than actually did anything. If you are ever near some crime or really in the same vicinity, you look especially guilty. I think it is a little unfair, but the fact they were in a gang and were partly tolerating it makes them at least a little guilty.
its really sad that our world hasn't evolved much in racism. Especially since its spread from African Americans to hispanics, Indians and much more. Hopefully in the future our world can not see race and just humans as a whole.
