In the middle east, many kids are blamed for rocks being thrown everywhere. Now, if a rock is thrown it is quite possible you will get a sentence or a less server punishment.
I think this is ridiculous. These kids have nothing and I don't think its wrong for them to enjoy themselves by throwing rocks. Its not even a big deal!!!!
