Apple Apologizes to China -Hadassah Lai

Apple's CEO Tim Cook has issued a public apology to China. The apology was posted on the Chinese version of the Apple website. The Chinese have been complaining about the bad customer service they have been receiving. They claim that Apple ignored Chinese customers and offered sub-par customer service. Since Apple is rapidly growing in China, Cook decided to take matters into his own hands. Without China, Apple would sure take a serious downfall. The letter that Cook wrote included his sincere apology and promises to improve the customer service. He apologized for Apple, saying that they have been "arrogant". However, it might take a few weeks for change to happen.

I think that this is very sweet of Tim Cook. Not very many CEOs will publicly apologize and promise better service. I think that this is very bold and noble of Apple.
