Summary:This announcement was released last Saturday on September the 18th. The blast took place in Manhattan and was believed to be a terrorist attack. There was believed to be a "Second Device" near the explosion. They took this second device down immediately and searched the rest of the perimeter around the explosion. Thankfully, there were no fatalities and only 29 injuries, all of these people have been released from the hospital since then. Further more, the mayor has currently vowed to keep the community updated with further and info, and has also promised to find the person responsible for the bomb and bring the case to justice.

To answer your question about why terrorists aim for New York and big city's is because they want attention and a story to be betrayed. It is sick what people do these days to get people's attention, I totally agree about how the people aren't aware of what's happening. They need to always be cautious because these thing have happened in the past such as 9/11
ReplyDeleteI agree with Teaghan, New York is such a big city, they are aiming to kill many people. I also believe we need to have more awareness of the safety of our country. With our technology today, we should be able to reach that goal of safety.
