14 Killed in Fire by Elaine Hennig

14 people were killed in a fire in southwestern Germany. Others were injured. The fire was at a workshop for the disabled in the town of Titisee-Neustadt. The victims were identified to be workers and a counselor of the workshop. Police say the fire may have been started from an explosion in a storage room.

Fires are a pretty common occurrence, but since this one was in a public place it is more of a public issue. It also killed 14, which is pretty high. Hopefully the cause of the fire will be determined so that something like this won't happen again.

  2. even though it's an awful disaster, it's good that they intend to find the source
