"North Korea says it won't warn South Korea before an attack"- Sophie Goetzmann

     South Korea has no idea when North Korea will attack because they said they would not give any warning. These two countries used to be one and then North Korea turned crazy and they separated. With no warning of attack from North Korea it makes them really unpredictable and dangerous. The U.S. hopes to have real talks with North Korea and hope not to upset them. The U.S. and China are urging North Korea to rethink and try to understand. The advancement of their nuclear weapons are unknown. They carried out a underground nuclear bomb test in February.
