Russia and Cuba have been arguing over Cuba's $32 billion debt for 20 years and have finally decided to sign an agreement to forgive 90% of the debt (which is $29 billion) this is a big deal!
i think this is great because the debt came from a rough time with cuba and so since they were able to agree to help them out russia is cool for that
This may not be good, because they're communist and if we lift the embargo, they could become a threat again...
