Michelle's personal story a political triumph By: Deyzya Hardeman
On Tuesday Night, Michelle Obama made a speech. In this speech she showed the critics that they were wrong about all of the stereo types they were creating. She smiled, and charmed, and even teared up a bit. She stayed in her place and did not talk bad about her political opponents. It will be very hard for her "Political Haters" to blame her for anything after that Tuesday night. "As the first black woman to represent the country in a job with few defined duties but generations of cherished symbolism, she has had to endure relentless vicious attacks. She has been caricatured, as she has noted, as an "angry black woman." The question after Tuesday night's speech was, "Will Michelle Obama's speech change history?" In my mind I believe that she will and could. Unfourtunately, there are people who don't agree.
