Pakistani Christian Accused Of Blasphemy by: Mikaela Carrillo

A young mentally challenged girl in Pakistan has been accused of blasphemy. Rimsha Masih is a Christian girl who has been wrongfully accused of burning pages of the Koran. She has been granted a bail, after spending three weeks behind bars. After being granted bail, her mother took her away in an armored vehical, then in a helicopter, and they are now in an unknown location for safety reasons. She was arrested on August 16th after neighbors found her carrying burnt pages in a plastic bag. No one is quite sure if the pages are from the Quran. Also Jadoon, the religious leader has been charged with blasphemy for not stopping her.
I honestly believe that she did not know what she had done, it she even did burn the pages. Like I said she is mentally challenged, so it could have been a misunderstanding. I hope she gets a fair trial, and that this case is heard with a good jury who will set her free.
