Deaths during an Oklahoma storm-Alyssa Hamilton

Strong storms hit Oklahoma and surrounding states last night killing 4. "Public Service Company of Oklahoma reported 17,790 customers without power, and at least 2,885 Oklahoma Gas and Electric customers were without electricity." The storm hit without a lot of warning and it was a lot stronger then people thought. It came with hail and 70mph wind that ripped and destroyed. A mobile home was found in the Oklahoma ravine with 2 adults and 1 child dead. Also Jimmy King died when the winds picked up his semi and flipped it against a concrete wall penning him without any hope of help until the storm died down."Troopers said the 70-year-old King was pinned in the wreckage for nearly three hours and died at the scene of massive injuries." Right now the East Coast should be on the look out because it looks like the storm has migrated over a couple states.

  1. This is very well thought out! Nice job Alyssa! But, not so great for those who where out of power.

  3. WOW. That's a strong storm. I hope the town can rebuild quickly. Hopefully it won't come to Texas. It seems like Oklahoma is always getting hit.
