Severe Weather Hits New York By: Taylor Marsh

Saturday September 8th, severe weather hit New York. Two tornadoes and extremely strong winds damaged the Northeast and mid-Atlantic areas. The cities were damaged,and most buildings and homes were left without power. The weather also went through Washington D.C. no one was hurt by the tornado itself, but 12 people who were trying to evacuate from the Prince George's County Fair were injured in the process.
