Cyberbullying by Anna Pickett

A 15-year old girl in Florida was arrested for cyberbullying. She apparently sent several hundred texts to other girls her age. Most, if not all, were very threatening, and some were death threats. She admitted to most of the texts, but not all of them. I think that cyberbullying needs to be stopped and needs to be strictly enforced. It shouldn't be this easy to get away with death threats for this long.

  3. I'm glad she was arrested! I also believe that if kids who are cyber bullying others are too young to go to jail the parents, who should be monitoring what their kids are doing and saying online, should pay jail time as well.

  5. This needs to be stopped but won't be stopped easily. There's lots of social networks out there and there are so many it's hard to control. Regular texts are easy to see, but there are certain points where it's almost like a secret hideout. They should also pay attention to Facebook, Twitter, and Youtube. Those are some of the most major cyber bullying sites on all of the internet. Youtube to me is the most disturbing and mean of all the websites (the comments).
