in spain in the 1940s in world war II the spanish were asked to join Germany but having just finished with a war within the country they were in ruins so they just changed their time to match up with that of germany.ever since people have been getting less sleep and working longer (statistically)
i think the should change it back because we have timezones to sort out time so it matches with the day but Spain is still deciding on whether or not to do so.
