83 Dead from Cold Weather By Sydney Magnall

83 people have now died from the cold weather in Ukraine. The freezing cold temperatures that are as low as -9 degrees Fahrenheit, have kept the capital, Kiev, under a hard freeze. In some areas the vehicles were trapped in an a traffic jam for three days that stretched for 12 miles long! Surrounding areas such as Bulgaria and Romania have been affected by the cold weather and they have had 6 people die. Meteorologist say the cold weather will continue and temperatures may drop even further. Luckily they have heating shelters to help save many peoples lives from freezing to death.
Since these temperatures may not be rising anytime soon I hope that people will start to take more precaution so that there will not be any more deaths. I cant believe 83 people have died from this weather. I am glad that they have heating shelters to help the homeless. Hopefully this will save many lives.
