In this article CNN writes about a tragedy that happened in Ukraine. In the winter temperatures drop all over the world including Ukraine. 83 people in Ukraine died so far from these bone chilling temperatures. Sense this tragedy they have started setting up heating points for people who are vulnerable to the cold. Sense this has happened around 500 people have checked into the hospital for frost bite, and other medical problems relating to the below freezing weather.
This is such a tragedy, and i am so sorry for all of the families who lost loved ones. Hopefully they can get this under control and keep from losing any more lives.
