Europe will be staging its own "Olympics" in 2015. The regions 49 committee members voted this past Saturday by a secret ballot, that resulted in a overwhelming majority agreement. Azerbaijan the capital of Baku will be holding this event in the spring or early summer, with up to 15 sports involved. This event will be held a year before our next Olympic in Brazil, 2016. The NOCs have spoken and have said that this event will not cost a penny, but will bring them financial gains.
