In the Ukraine 83 people have been killed by cold weather. My other people are suffering from hypothermia and frostbite over 500 people have been admitted to the hospital because of hypothermia. Several "heating pots" have been set up for many of the people. Last year over 110 people died from the cold weather. Government officials say that the deaths were alcohol related because many people were drinking thinking that the alcohol would keep them warm.
This article was written by the CNN staff. Although so many people have died because of this, I don't think that this article has a negative or positive impact on readers because it has to do with mother nature and you really cant do anything about that.

That is terrible. The government in Ukraine should have done something about this last year if that many people were dying from the cold. If 110 people died last year, then the Ukraine government should have done more to prevent it from happening this year. They should also have educated the public about alcohol's effects.
