Nsemoh is a 16-year-old high school sophomore who ended up in the coma last month because during a game, another player kicked him in the head. When he woke up from the coma he could suddenly speak fluent spanish. This condition, while rare, is called Foreign Accent Syndrome. What happens is sometimes brain injuries change a person's speech patterns, giving them a different accent or occasionally whole new language.
Hey at least he'll pass spanish class with flying colors now.

It's sad that he was in a coma and got kicked in the head, but I would love to speak fluent Spanish, so in a sense, he's lucky.
