3 states, Oklahoma, Texas, and Louisiana, have declined Russian requests to monitor vote on election day. Louisiana declined because of a recent flood while Oklahoma and Texas declined because law prohibits it. Only election officials and voters are allowed to be in areas where voting takes place.
I agree with oklahoma and texas because i don't think that Russia or any foreign country should be monitoring our votes in case they were to tamper with the results.

I completely agree, I really don't know why Russia would want to monitor or why they should be monitoring our votes.
