An outbreak of meningitis has killed 5 people in all of the united states. To make matters worse 30 people have meningitis in six states, a steroid drug was said to have created this contaminated disease. Patients get this drug as an spinal injection for back pain (I advise not to do steroids period!!!) It doesn;t stop there it's still spreading the number went from 5 to 8 people in the death rate, and 97 others are sick with it in 23 states. In New England is were they say this steroid was traced back to.. Another tragedy happened on October 13, another death is reported meiningitis traced back to the steroid drug. Now the death rate is 15 not 5 !!! It just keeps getting worse, over time this problem seems to become bigger and bigger than before, In the end 5 joint infections caused by the same contaminated steroid was also reported, Getting this disease is by choice you don't have to get the steroid i'm sure theres other option's be smart people and read for crying out loud!!! Save yourself.
