Monarch Butterflies through Day of The Dead in Mexico

As El Dia De Los Muertos (Day of the Dead) gets closer, it's the perfect timing for the monarch butterflies to start their migration to Mexico. They travel thousands of miles from the USA and Canada to Mexico. The holiday honors all the loved ones that passed away, it's a great way to celebrate. The Purépecha native indian tribe believed that in the butterflies is a soul of a returned loved one. The butterflies fly and dance around the graves while local citizens greet them while celebrating the holiday.
