There has been rumors that Fidel Castro is dead, Now one week later after those rumors have started, a letter signed by him has appeared. This is the first to appear since July.There was a letter published by the cuban-run government newspaper signed by him
. ITN news said the letter was read on state television as well. The letter was sent to a medical student that graduated and Castro was congratulating him.
This was a very short article that caught my attention. I am not sure what this letter means about Fidel Castro's Death. Is he alive or dead?
